The Good Neighbor Clinic is supported solely by the generosity of individuals, businesses, service clubs, churches, and public organizations, such as The United Way. Donations provided are financial, volunteer time, and in-kind services.

Our patients residing in the Sauk Prairie Memorial Hospital service area-Lodi, Arlington, Spring Green, Arena, Hillpoint, North Freedom, Black Earth, Plain, and Sauk Prairie receive free basic x-ray and laboratory services from SPMH.

St. Vincent de Paul sponsors our Good Neighbor Clinic building, utility, phone costs, and some office equipment.

Clinic workers are all volunteer and unpaid.
