The Good Neighbor Clinic is supported solely by the generosity of individuals, businesses, service clubs, churches, and public organizations, such as The United Way. Donations provided are financial, volunteer time, and in-kind services.

Sauk Prairie Memorial Hospital generously donates thousands of dollars in basic x-ray and laboratory services to our patients residing in the Sauk Prairie Memorial Hospital service area-Lodi, Arlington, Spring Green, Arena, Hillpoint, North Freedom, Black Earth, Plain, and Sauk Prairie.
